Delivery times are a guide only, and are around 8weeks at the moment.  (They vary from time to time depending on seasonal trends availability of materials and other unforeseeable occurrences).

All timbers are inspected at the time of manufacturer. Because of the nature of wood we cannot however accept any responsibility for timber shrinkage, cracking, warping or the like. We cannot be held responsible for wind or gale damage or any other adverse weather conditions. All Dimensions are approximate only and are quoted before machining, finished sizes are approx 3mm less than the nominal before machining sizes quoted. As we continuously develop and improve our buildings we reserve the right to modify specifications without prior notice .

A 20% deposit is payable on all orders. The deposit is refundable until manufacture has began on your building.
Any items we have to order in that are not normally stocked by us like roller doors or manufactured doors and windows may need to be deducted from the deposit if we cannot return them to the manufacturers as they are often made to measure to order.

Once manufacture has began it is no longer refundable as this would leave us at a loss.
The deposit can be paid by cheque, card, cash or direct bank transfer

The balance payment is to be paid in full on or before delivery (cleared funds) we do not offer credit. We accept the following payment methods for the balance-
Card, cash or direct bank transfer

The balance can be paid by cheque if sent at least a week before the building is due to be delivered giving it time to clear.

Ownership of any buildings supplied shall pass to the Customer when all monies (however arising) owed by the Customer to the Company have been paid in full. The company may for the purpose of the recovery of its property enter upon any premises where they are stored and repossess the goods.

By placing an order with Regency Timber Buildings. the customer confirms acknowledgement (and agrees to be bound by) the terms & conditions stated here.
